As a full-time Dawn therapist, you will provide outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children/adolescents, families, couples, groups.
Responsibilities
Maintain the strictest confidentiality of patients and their care
Complete all related documentation as required by AZBBHE rules
Practice effective counseling methods
Determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
Maintain updated treatment plans
Responsible for case management for all assigned patients
Seek supervision/consultation as appropriate
Attend clinical oversight/peer consultation as scheduled
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field on marriage and family therapy or professional counseling licensure track if not independently licensed
Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
Solid relationship building capabilities
Positive and compassionate attitude
Keen attention to detail
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize needs and attention to detail
Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive in facilitating coordination of care
