Dr. Crystal Krueger DBH, LMFT

Crystal is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has passionately helped individuals and families transition from surviving trauma to achieving post-traumatic growth. With over a decade of experience, she has guided families and individuals in understanding the impact of trauma and finding resilience and healing. Crystal uses a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s needs, with a focus on empowering clients in their healing journey. She is deeply committed to raising community awareness about trauma, dedicating her time to training professionals and volunteers. Crystal has also been a keynote speaker at several conferences and has published articles in Adoption Today and Foster Families Today.

Kashmir Frank, LMFT

Kashmir is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for supporting couples and families through the healing process, particularly in overcoming trauma and relational challenges. She specializes in helping couples understand how childhood adversity impacts their relationships and aids individuals in balancing their emotions after adversity.
